Special event 19/06/2023: 50 years and Beyond: VN-UK Partnership in Innovation and Education.

On the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of Vietnam-UK Diplomatic Relations, with the idea of promoting bilateral cooperation in priority areas, including innovation and education, the Vietnamese Intellectual Society in the UK & Ireland (VIS), the Embassy of Vietnam in the UK, and Middlesex University are jointly organising the event “50 years and Beyond: VN-UK Partnership in Innovation and Education” on 19th June in Hendon, London.

The purpose of the event:
• To celebrate the 50-year VN_UK diplomatic relations, to highlight what we have achieved in key areas of education, training and economic cooperation and what opportunities we have going forward in promoting higher education, research and innovation via international collaboration with the UK.
• To underline Vietnam’s ambition to become an innovative country embracing emerging technologies, addressing climate change and sustainable development and how leadership can empower collaborative innovation and facilitate the resource and capability exchange between universities and industries of the two countries.
• To help promote the connection of networks of governmental agencies, universities, businesses and relevant parties of the two countries to make a difference in innovation and education.
